- Entrants are agreeing to receive future communications from Hamelin Paperbrands, but will be able to opt-out at anytime.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will be void.
- Closing date for entries is 30th November 2008.
- The winners will be selected at random and notified via e-mail within 3 weeks of the closing date.
- Winner’s names will be available and used in post-competition communications.
- The prize must be claimed within 2 months of notification. Failure to claim a prize will result in a re-draw.
- The prize offered is for 2 people travelling together, one of which must be over 18 years old.
- The prize holiday is valid for travel from the 18th February 2009 until the 31st October 2009, excluding all bank holidays.
- To allow for the full itinerary to be organised, the winner must allow 8 weeks from notifying us of proposed holiday dates to commencing travel.
- Regional departure airport may be available, but may incur a supplement.
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
- Any amendments made by the prize winner, which are possible after the booking is confirmed, will be subject to administration charges.
- Transport between home and the airport/eurostar terminal is the responsibility of the prize winner.
- The prize winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and are eligible to travel.
- There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

- Hire car for the duration of your trip or private transfer to/from the eurostar/airport.
- 3 nights accommodation, with breakfast, in a luxury 3 star hotel located in the heart of Reims. 2 people sharing a room.
- Includes a 1 day ‘Pink Champagne Experience’ visiting some of the most famous champagne houses in France and tasting Pink Champagne.
